Description

The  scissor lift is ideal for lifting heavy materials for short distance, compact design makes it ideal for operations in narrow aisles.  With ground control and platform control, it could be very easy and convenient, safe and efficient to operate for aerial construction and installation.

It comprises:

- The elevator part,

- The telescopic arms and lifting jacks,

- The basic chassis with guide wheels, travelling wheels and stabilisers,

- The motor pump unit.

Platform
With anti-skid platform surface and detachable fence. Extension platform is also optional
 
Arm Support
It is made up of high strength stainless manganese steel. The width of this profile has increase the stability of the machine lot and decrease the orbit of the machine.
 
Explosion-proof of device for oil tube
All cylinders are with this device, it is used to protect the machine from the break of the tube. This can guarantee the safe using of the machine.
 
Outriggers
These outriggers can be fixed on any position within 90 to suit different working circumstance. And the length of the outriggers has connection to the lifting height.
It is forbidden to lift the machine when the four outriggers do not be opened totally and fixed on the ground firmly.
 
Extension Platform
The machine can make the extension platform on the width side. The loading capacity is 50 kg, the length of the extension platform depends on the lifting height and platform size of the machine
 
Platform control
There has emergency stop button, up button and down button enabling the worker work properly operate the machine on the platform
 
Bearing
This machine is using advanced self-lubricating bearings that means there is no need to add the lubricant. This bearing is anti-rust. And it has long service time. We can also view that there is a pin in it. Place it outside can improve the stability of the machine while lifting compared th place it inside.
 
Scissor arm ends connection
All the scissor arm ends are connected via a long bearing bar, ehich enhance too much the stability of the machine when lifting
 
Auxiliary lowering
The auxiliary lowering device can let the machine lower down when the power is shut down.
 
Level gauge
It is used to indicate the horizontal situation of the machine. Onkly the bubble is in the middle of the circle, the machine can be lifted up.
 
Buzzer
It will arm when the machine is lifting and descending
 
Entry ladder
The ladder is made up of high strength steel with broad bar which is safe and comfortable
 
Ground control box
 
Operator can view the machine whether has power to it from the power indicator. The power display will tell you the remaining power of the batter. There are also emergency stop button, up button and down button just like the platform control box
 
Laterally opening drawer
The left side drawer is used to place battery and battery charger. The right side drawer is used to place hydraulic power pack. This design can anti dust and protect them from rain and it is convenient for maintaining.
