Basic Structure and Working Principle

Scissor Mechanism: The core of the mini self-propelled scissor lift is the scissor mechanism. It consists of a series of crossed metal rods that are pivotally connected to form a scissor-like structure. When the hydraulic or electric system is activated, the scissor mechanism extends or retracts, thereby changing the height of the platform.

Self-Propelled System: It is equipped with a drive system, usually electric motors, which drive the wheels to achieve self-propelled movement. The 4×2 drive mode is common, enabling the machine to move forward, backward, turn, etc., with good maneuverability.

Performance and Characteristics

Compact Size and Light Weight: The miniaturized design makes its overall size small, and the length, width and height are usually within a few meters. It is easy to transport and can enter narrow spaces, such as indoor aisles, small courtyards and other places where large equipment cannot reach.

Good Lifting Capacity and Height:  Although it is miniaturized, it still has a certain lifting capacity and height. The platform height can generally reach 3-3.9meters, and the load capacity is 240 kg, which can meet the needs of most low-altitude operations.
