Customized Scissor Lift for product line

A batch of new machines are customized for the Contemporary Amperex Technology (CATL) in the past two months at our workshops.

The machines are used for the battery production line of CATL factories located in the city of Xining and Changzhou.

Features of this customized scissor lift, differed from our standard products are listed as below

• Four batteries for good backup which extend the service time in one charge cycle.
• Driven motor combined with the wheel axle, brings more stable movement
• Bumper pads avoid or reduce the accidental collision on the machines
• More functions are combined on the platform control and all of them in one stop, besides the ordinary functions: up and down (the both are also combined in one button instead of two) as well emergency stop, forward and backward, steering left and right are also combined in one panel
•  Auxiliary guide wheels fixed at the bottom of the chassis to make sure the machine will run straight in the line of the tracks on the battery production line to improve the working efficiency
•  But in case small adjustment has to be made if the machine is not working in the line, the steering system will help the machine to slightly get back to its right position at the soonest time
